PROCESSING

Orders are generally packed and prepared for dispatch within 1 business day.

Orders placed on weekends, public holidays, or during periods of unusually high order volume may require additional processing time.

SHIPPING CHARGES

Applicable shipping charges, if any, will be clearly shown at checkout before you complete your purchase.

Any free-shipping offer will be subject to the terms displayed on our website at the time of purchase.

DELIVERY

Once your order has been dispatched, it is handed over to our shipping partner for delivery.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your PIN code, courier service, weather, operational conditions and other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

TRACKING

Tracking information will be provided when available after your order has been dispatched.

FAILED DELIVERY / RETURN TO ORIGIN

If a shipment cannot be delivered because of an incorrect or incomplete address, unavailable recipient, refusal of delivery, or other delivery-related circumstances, the shipment may be returned to us by the courier.

Any refund or further delivery arrangement for a returned shipment will be handled according to our applicable return and refund procedures.

ORDER CANCELLATION

Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation may no longer be possible. If a dispatched order is returned to us, the applicable return, refund and shipping rules will apply.
